Terms of Service – Bot Nick

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Nick bot ("the bot") on Discord servers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding or using Nick on your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the bot.

The bot is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The bot's features are subject to change, removal, or suspension at any time without prior notice.
Server administrators are responsible for configuring and using the bot in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

The bot may collect and process limited user data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to this data processing.

You may not use the bot to violate any laws, regulations, or Discord rules.
You may not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot’s operation.
Abuse, spam, or misuse of the bot may result in removal or restriction of access.

The bot owner is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.

The bot owner reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the new Terms.
